How to attract the life you truly want
If you’ve ever heard of the Law of Attraction then you know that there are many people out there that say they have attracted unlimited amounts of abundance into their lives simply by visualizing what they want.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve never found it to be quite that easy. And believe me, it’s not for lack of trying.
Over the years of studying the Law of Attraction and learning about how negative and positive thoughts effect or lives, I’ve come to understand that it takes more than just thinking about what you want or creating a vision board filled with words and images.
It takes alignment.

How to use the Law of Attraction to attract the life you truly want
I’m sure there are many different methods that people use to help them attract the life and the abundance they want, but I’m sharing a few of the methods I’ve found helpful. You might find something new to add to your current practice.
Focus on what you want
Visualization is absolutely an important part of attracting abundance in your life, but I want to put a spin on it by suggesting you become aware of what you focus on the most.
Daily life brings so many challenges and we can very easily end up focusing on what we don’t want instead of what you do. The Universe is going to give you more of what you focus on, so make sure you are keeping your thoughts focused only on what you truly do want.
Feel the emotions of what it would feel like if you already had it
You may think that in order to feel better you need to have what you are looking to attract in your life first. But it doesn’t work that way. If you are focused on what you don’t have then you are sending out a signal to the Universe of lack, and the Universe is going to keep you in lack.
You have to feel the emotions of what it would be like to have your dream life or have the abundance that you desire most. Then you are sending out the correct signals to the Universe and it can begin to deliver what you want.
Live as if you already have the life you are dreaming about.
Keep your thoughts positive and in the present
Somedays it’s just hard to keep your thoughts focused on positive thoughts when we have so many stressful things we have to deal with. But thoughts play a very important role when it comes to mastering the Law of Attraction.
Most of the negative thoughts we have each day are thoughts from the past. We remember all the things that have upset us or events that we didn’t enjoy. And then we use those past thoughts to project thoughts of worry into the future.
We get ourselves stuck in the “what-ifs”, by worrying about things that haven’t happened and more than likely won’t.
All that negative thinking will veer you right off your path to abundance.
Learn how to become aware of what you think about and find ways to shift your thoughts away from the past hurts or future worries, and stay focused on what’s happening in the present moment.
Keep your vibration high
The Law of Attraction states that “like attracts like”, which means that positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative.
We are made up of energy, as is everything else on this planet. In order to attract the things you want, you have to be at the same vibrational frequency as is that which you wish to attract.
If you don’t feel like you are worthy of having what you want, your always focused on what you don’t want, and you spend most of your day thinking about everything that upsets you, then your vibrational frequency will never be high enough to attract the things you want in your life.
You have to get all areas of thinking and feeling into alignment before you can get the Law of Attraction to work for you.
