90 Day Paradigm Shift & Manifestation Exercise

I’m always looking for ways to improve my life. Anything that will help me attract the abundance that we all deserve. I’ve been fascinated with manifesting for as long as I can remember, but when it comes to putting it into practice, well, that’s another story.

What I’ve come to understand is that I am manifesting something into my life every day. Unfortunately, it’s not always what I’m hoping for.

Your thoughts create your reality

Whatever you spend the most time thinking about each day is where you are focusing your attention. Your focused attention is extremely powerful. And where you place that focus, you will create more of what you are focused on – good or bad.

Think of your thoughts as gasoline. And think about a particular situation that you are continually thinking about and replaying over and over in your mind. See that situation as a campfire. Now visualize yourself standing over that campfire and pouring your thoughts (which are like gasoline) over that fire.

What happens?

That fire gets bigger and bigger and possibly turns into a forest fire.

Now, what happens if you were to stop pouring gas on that fire? What would happen to the fire if you completely removed your attention from it?

It would eventually go away.

This is what happens to most of us every single day. We keep pouring gas on all the things we don’t like in our lives and keep those fires growing bigger and bigger.

How to create the reality you want by shifting your paradigm

Once you begin to understand how powerful your focused attention to any situation is, you can start to make a conscious effort not to think about what you don’t want as much.

One of the best ways to do this is to begin thinking about what you do want in your life and all the beautiful things you can manifest if you learn how to shift your attention.

I know, this is so much easier said than done. When you are going through a difficult time in your life, it’s not always so easy to shift your focus away from your struggles.

But it can be done if you choose to do it. It’s a choice. You must decide what’s more important to you? Staying focused on everything that’s wrong in your life, or beginning to craft and create the life you desire most.

90 Day Paradigm Shift & Manifestation Exercise

A paradigm is a standard, perspective, or set of ideas. A paradigm is a way of looking at something. If your current paradigm has you looking at your life in a negative way that is not producing the results you want, then it’s time to shift your paradigm to one that does.

The following exercise will help you shift out of your current paradigm and teach you how to begin manifesting everything good into your life.

As with any new routine, it’s essential to commit to doing it every single day. If you only stick with this for a week or two, then you probably won’t see the results you are after. Find a way to remind yourself to look at what you wrote in the following exercise each day for 90 days, and I think you will be amazed at the results.

Write it down

Start by grabbing 5 sheets of notebook paper and your favorite pen.

What to write

Sheet 1: Old Paradigm – Life

On this sheet, you want to write everything about your current life that you don’t like. This is a great time to pour out all that negativity you’ve been holding onto for so long. Get it all out. What’s not working for you in your current life, what don’t you like about your job, what are your fears, worries, and concerns? Take all the things you spend your time focusing on that you know are not creating the life you desire and put it all on paper.

Sheet 2: New Paradigm – Life

Now begin to recreate the life that you want to live. What do you want in your life? What type of job do you want? What kind of friends do you want? What kind of relationship do you want? What do you deserve in your life? How do you want to live each day? This is the time to get extremely detailed and include everything you want, no matter how hard you think it is to have it.

You decide what you want and let the universe figure out how to make it happen.

Sheet 3: Old Paradigm – Finances

This sheet is all about your current financial situation. Are you making enough money? Do you have a lot of debt? Write down the full picture of your current financial situation and any struggles you are facing as a result of lacking finances. How do you feel about where you are financially?

Sheet 4: New Paradigm – Finances

Now write down where you want your finances to be. How much money do you want to have in the bank? How much do you want to bring in each month? What do you want to use the money for? What do you see yourself doing with the money? What good things could you do to help others if you had plenty of money?

If this makes you feel uncomfortable because you have a programmed money story that you don’t deserve to have money, try telling yourself that not only do you deserve plenty of money, but so does everyone else around you. Include that on your sheet of paper – what you want for yourself and what you want for others.

It’s not selfish or wrong when we want abundance for ourselves and for everyone around us. And keep in mind that there is plenty for everyone. We’ve been programmed with lack consciousness for so long that we believe there is not enough. I promise, there is plenty for all who believe it!

Currency is energy and energy is abundant.

Sheet 5: Sign & Commit

If you are going to commit to changing your paradigm, then write it down! On the last sheet of paper, write the following statement and then sign it. Commit to this 90-day paradigm shift so you can manifest your perfect life.

“My signature represents my irrevocable commitment to review this program, to read these positive statements, and to make a paradigm shift every day for the next 90 days.”

What to do next

Now that you have everything written down, for the next 90 days, you will only read your new paradigm sheets (sheets 2 & 4). You will need to read them every day.

Set an alarm on your phone or add it to your calendar so you won’t forget. It should only take a minute or two to read what you wrote. This is creating a new pattern in your brain and rewriting old programs and limiting beliefs.

As you are reading through your new paradigm each day, try to feel what it would feel like if you had everything you’ve written down. Would you feel joy, bliss, contentment? Try to create the emotion within your body that would come from manifesting your desires. Visualize yourself living the life you’ve written down on paper.

Burn the old paradigm

After the 90 days is up, take the old paradigm sheets and burn them (carefully please). This symbolizes the final release of that old life that no longer fits. You are now walking in your new paradigm and finally manifesting what you want and deserve in your life.

And if you really want to make it powerful, try burning the old paradigm sheets on the next full moon. Full moons are a great time to release what is no longer serving you.

You have more control over your life than you think

We all get stuck in a rut and feel like life is never going to change. We spend too much time waiting for things to change instead of taking action and changing them ourselves.
